For Kids: Newspaper-Making Workshop
Despite the increasing prevalence of social media and online news, newspaper still holds significance in our fast lives. It's the primary source of news and a morning-tea must. This workshop will introduce and teach children the different facets of Newspaper Production starting from scratch. From gathering news reports and stories, clicking photographs, writing reports and features, working on a beat, taking interviews, editing, designing a page and finally ... printing a NEWSPAPER. They will also be able to take back home a prized souvenir!
The workshop conducted by DraftCraft's team of journalists and trained media students ensures meaningful exposure to children for an early onset of a career path and provide them skills to give them an edge over their counterparts.
Duration: Four Days approx. 3 hours everyday (can be customised based on requirement)
Fee: Rs. 2,500/- per child (7-12 yrs of age) and Rs. 3,500/- per child (13-17 yrs of age) for a min. of 10 children.
Venue: DraftCraft - The Mumbai Studio, Colaba, Mumbai

- Charges for the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Charges for the workshop are indicative and likely to change depending on the customizations involved.
- Bookings for a workshop have to be made at least 7 days before the start of the workshop.
- It is mandatory to carry an official Photo ID on the person and in original (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport).
- DraftCraft will take a copy of the Photo ID at the start of the workshop.
- DraftCraft reserves the Right To Admission and Expulsion of the participant(s) to maintain order.
- DraftCraft reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the workshop in case of an unforeseen event.
- A loss by any damage to property will have to be compensated for by the participant(s) responsible.
- DraftCraft is not responsible for any unforeseen loss or injury or damage brought to a participant or his belongings.
- By registering for the workshop, you undertake that you accept all conditions.
